ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS & EVENTS!

Sports4Charities.com provides an all inclusive silent auction for your charity or event. We supply a full range of sports collectibles and memorabilia for your organization or event at no extra expense or added work. The items are placed on tables for display with silent bid sheets and item information and signs. Each item is numbered to assist guests with easier bidding. Each item has a bid sheet which is labeled with a starting bid. Your guests bid on items during the event and the last high bidder wins the item that was up for auction. The auction closes before the end of event and all items are totaled, paid and taken home by winners. We provide 50 plus items for charitable donations. These items are built in with starting bids to pay for each item and nice net balance for the designated charity. We are also formulating our new catalog for direct ship purchases, which means more variety and revenue for your charity.

What the charity needs to provide is the site of the event for an auction. The charity will also need to provide tables for display covered with table clothes. All advertisements for the auction will be provided by the customer within ample time of two weeks, i.e., fliers, TV, Radio, and Newspaper and highly recommended. A list of guests is to be provided for our own pre-advertisement of the event. A two week window is needed before each event.

We provide 50 plus items to bid on and accept payments with Visa, American Express, MasterCard, check, and cash. Bid sheets, labels, signs and facilitators to run your auction will be provided by us. A DJ is definitely a powerful reinforcement to assist with announcements, music and information. A variety of charities are available to choose from, if one is not yet selected. The full payment will be given to the charity within two weeks as to allow full deposit of credit card payments.
